Fed:Henry says jobless rate will be above 7 per cent next year

Treasury Secretary KEN HENRY says the jobless rate next year will be higher than the
seven per cent it predicted in February .. because of continuing global weakness.

Dr HENRY's told a welfare conference today that people will have to wait until the
budget to find out what Treasury's new forecast is.
